- Can I use my own pictures or images?
- You can but this would be a 'custom' job and it should be remembered that the original images need to be high quality (at least 300dpi) phone pictures will not be good enough.
- Are there any extra charges for delivery etc.?
- In a word, no! All the prices quoted are fully inclusive - there are no hidden charges or expenses with our products.
- When will I take delivery of my calendars?
- We aim to deliver all calendars by December - allowing plenty of time for postal distribution or as personal gifts ahead of the festive season.
- How do I pay for my Promotional Calendar?
- Currently we can only accept telegraphic transfers (TT) to our bank account. We will deduct any incurred charges (up to 40 pounds) from your final invoice total.
- Do I have to pay a deposit?
- Yes, we require a deposit of 50% before we can begin producing your Promotional Calendar.
- I only need a small quantity of promotional calendars, can you help?
- Most certainly we can. By using the versatile digital offset printing process we can supply orders from 100 items. order a calendar
- Can you create a special version of my logo for the calendar?
- We would be happy to under take a logo redesign for any calendar project. However, depending on the time and work involved, we reserve the right to make a small charge for this service. Please contact sales@form-asian.net or use our enquiry form for more details.
- When is final payment due for my promotional calendars?
- Payment is due 30 days from receipt of calendars / invoice date.
- If I order a Pick 'n' Mix or Custom Calendar, are there any extra charges?
- Yes there are. The prices quoted on the site are for our standard themes with your logo and details added. In the case of Pick 'n' Mix we charge an additional fee of 70 pounds per calendar. The price for Custom Calendars is based on an hourly rate of £20 with a minimum charge of £250.
